WTES acquired some portion of land measuring approximately 62 hectares from the Lagos State Government situated a  Maiyegun Village and located within the Lekki Central District Area, off the 3rd round-about on Lekki- Epe Expressway. It is a prime location with direct access road from Lekki Peninsula Expressway from the northern side and the Coastal Highway from the southern side. Its’ distinct advantages includes its status as part of an integrated development which would be in phases that are world-class mixed developments and extensive water-front area close to and parallel to the Atlantic Ocean.  The Lagos State Government contracted Messrs Julius Berger Nig. Plc.to sand-fill the land a few years ago. This is yet another advantage as the land has since settled and become compact.
